Where Do We Ship?
WYSE currently ships across India. Serviceability may vary depending on your PIN code and location. Please verify your delivery PIN code during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, new launches, or other high-volume periods.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible PIN codes and orders.
WYSE reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain orders or locations.
Track Your Order
You will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or other available communication methods once your order has been dispatched.
Delayed Deliveries
Although WYSE works with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. WYSE may not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to repeated failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or other circumstances, the order may be returned to WYSE. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
